Captain Louis DiLieto
Louis has worked in the yachting industry for 20 years, and became a captain 15 years ago. He has been running private yachts and charters, from the coast of California, to Mexico, and the islands of the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean. After spending most of the summer in the northeast, chartering in Sag Harbor and Newport, Louis looks forward to a season in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. A lover of all water sports, Capt. Louis will show you the best fishing, snorkeling and diving spots. Bring your cameras, as you will have lots of great photo opportunities.
Nick Spaner, Engineer
Originally from the Czech Republic, Nick has lived in Miami for 12 years and has been yachting since then. Along with an intimate knowledge of vessel engineering, he is also working on the completion of his captain’s license. Nick is an expert diver, and loves to teach our guests. He is also passionate about jet-skiing and wakeboarding, and snorkeling the many beautiful reefs. Nick will be your guide to all your water adventures.
Ashley Chambers, Stewardess
Ashley is a native of Tampa, Florida and is a professional and fun-loving person who enjoys working on yachts, bartending, and the art of four-star service. Being a waitress and bartender for six years naturally led her to the position of Stewardess on yachts, which she has enjoyed for the last two years. Ashley also strives to give the charter guests, and their friends and families an amazing oceanic experience.
Kirby Stenger, Mate
Kirby grew up in Minnesota, and moved to San Diego to pursue artistic interests. Her desire to travel brought her to New York where she worked as a Dockmaster at North Cove Marina in Manhattan. She joined the Insatiable team, to continue her interests in travel, scuba diving and boating. Her other interests include painting, sculpture, metalworking and sailing. Kirby’s fun-loving and adventurous personality will make all your outdoor excursions unforgettable.
Carolyn Sewell, Chef
Raised in Florida, Carolyn has always loved the beach, and boating. She takes every opportunity to swim, snorkel, or just visit a beach at a new destination. Her passion for food and travel kept her in the hospitality industry, opening restaurants around the U.S. and other parts of the world, including Mexico, South Korea, Philippines, Puerto Rico and South America. She grew up cooking with her family, and learned in the restaurants. She enjoys cooking all types of cuisine, and is sure to delight you with a fresh and delicious menu.
